• Psychophysical training: martial-arts based actor training and ensemble devising with Phillip Zarrilli (hatha yoga, wu style taijiquan and kalarippayattu) – since Intercultural Performer Training course at the University of Exeter (2009-), continued through Summer Intensives at Tyn-y-Parc studio (Llanarth, Wales)
• Kutiyattam Theatre with Gopal Venu and Kapila Venu (Jan to March 2012) and January 2019.
• Noh with Yoshimasa Kanze and Kuwata Takeshi at the Intercultural Theatre Institute (Jan to March 2013) and continued with Theatre Nohgaku in Tokyo (Japan) in July 2025.
• Taiji for Actors with Sim Pern Yiau at the Intercultural Theatre Institute (Jan 2012 to Dec 2014)
• Georgian polyphonic singing with post-Grotowskian company VoiceLAB with Aleksandra Kotecka and Tomasz Wierzbowski (2019–2024: 5 sessions per year)
• Sardinian, Ukrainian and Southern Italian polyphonic singing with Polyphony workshop organised by IPAC (2023/4: 5 sessions per year)
